Mauritia is married and has three children. She spends six months a year in Germany and six months on the Faroe Islands. She is interested in Handel opera works, art history, in antiques, is an expert in antique textiles, and collects antique furniture. Regarding the subject at hand: Fly fishing started out as a recreational activity and has become her major occupation today.

A leading studio for the reconstruction of authentic-historical clothing on a royal level, based on the close cooperation with museums, (sometimes noble) antique textile collections and high-end designers worldwide. The company included an international client base and a team of up to five couturiers.
